Collection of Clients’ InformationTo set up your account, we ask for basic contact information such as your name, business name, title, address, and mobile phone number. Registered users may edit their information via the Client Profile page any time they wish.
In order to upload contact information to your mobile telephone, we ask for information such as a contact name and phone number. You may edit contact information via the MAGi7 Contacts page at any time.
MAGi7 collects information about your transactions as well as information received from your browser, such as your IP address, cookie information, and pages you request from MAGi7 web servers. MAGi7 sets and accesses cookies on your computer when you use MAGi7 services. We use cookies to store user preferences, such as language settings or mobile phone service provider. We also assign you a unique ID and store it on your computer in the form of a cookie to personalize our site to your profile. We also store a cookie relating to you on our servers; but our cookie does not contain any personal information.
How we use the InformationMAGi7 uses our clients’ information to fulfill your requests for services, to contact you regarding services that we provide to you, and to provide reports to MAGi7 partner companies, such as credit card information.
MAGi7 reserves the right to send you service and administrative messages without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving these messages. Service and administrative messages include a welcome message, profile change messages, temporary password assignment messages, contact list messages, free upload notification messages, change of Terms of Service notification messages, and change of privacy policy notification messages.
MAGi7 may send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. You may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account .
4. Information Sharing and DisclosureMAGi7 does not share, rent, or sell collected information with other people or companies except when we:
· have your permission via an opt-in process;
· provide billing-related information to third party partners- in which case they are not permitted to use the information for secondary purposes;
· respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process as required by law;
· need to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
· need to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or violations of MAGi7's terms of service;
· provide aggregate information that does not include personally identifiable data for statistical analysis of user behavior to third party partners; or are acquired by or merged with another company.
MAGi7 sends service and administrative messages (such as contact information, a verification code, and alert messages) in the form of an SMS message, through one or more mobile telephone service provider networks (i.e. network operators). Please contact your mobile telephone service provider for terms of use (including any charges that you may incur) and privacy statements related to your transmission and receipt of SMS messages .
Information SecurityInformation is password protected. Your password is stored in an encrypted manner. MAGi7 uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions between your browser and our servers.
MAGi7 has physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard collected information. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Statement, access to the information is limited to MAGi7 employees or contractors who need to come in contact with the information in order to do their jobs.
De-Activating Your AccountIf you want to de-activate your MAGi7 mBlox account, please send an email to support@MAGi7.com with your request. Include the username, email address, telephone number, and telephone serial number of the account you wish to de-activate. Your account will be de-activated and you will no longer receive communications from us beyond the de-activation message. However, we will keep your account information in our database for record-keeping, billing, and statistical analysis purposes only .
If your personally identifiable information changes you may correct or update it by making the change via the MAGi7 Profile page or by emailing our help@MAGi7.com or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below.
When you change your information via the Profile page, your changes take effect immediately and when you submit changes to your information via email or phone call, we will respond to your request within 10-30 business days.
Changes and UpdatesMAGi7 reserves the right to modify this Privacy Statement from time to time by posting a new version, without notice to you, at www.MAGi7.com. We will notify you about significant changes to our Privacy Statement via email messages to the address specified in your MAGi7 account or by placing a notice on our site. MAGi7 will not use collected information in a materially new way without first providing you with an opportunity to opt-out.
